Ampegy Compensation Plan For Independent Representatives
How exactly does the Ampegy Compensation Plan work? How will it reward Independent Representatives (IRs) as they acquire customers, and work to build and train an organization of downline Representatives?
The Ampegy website does a pretty good job of explaining the details of their pay plan. However, there are parts of the Ampegy Compensation Plan that can be hard to understand!
In this review of the Ampegy Compensation Plan, I will be providing a detailed overview of how Ampegy IRs are compensated, as well as explaining your income potential in comparison to the time and effort that will be required to build an Ampegy Business.
Organizational Ranking System
There are four Leadership Positions within the Ampegy Compensation Plan. These include:
- Qualified Representative (QR)
Achieved when you personally enroll three new customers.
- Managing Representative (MR)
Achieved when you personally enroll three new QRs.
- Area Representative (AR)
Achieved when three of your QRs are promoted to MR, as well as build a team of 30 QRs within your organization.
- National Representative (NR)
Achieved when you build a team of 10 ARs in your organization. 5 of these ARs must be personally sponsored by you when you hold the rank of AR.
5 ways to earn in their pay plan
As an Independent Representative, the Ampegy Compensation Plan provides 5 revenue streams as you are signing up new customers, and enrolling new IRs into your team. These include:
1. Fast Start Bonuses
The Fast Start Bonuses are broken down into three parts:
Within your first 30 days of beginning your business, if you personally enroll 3 new customers, including yourself, you will earn a $100 bonus.
Within this same 30 days, if you personally enroll an additional 7 new customers (10 total), you will earn another $100 bonus.
Each time a personally sponsored Independent Representative also enrolls his or her first 3 customers within their first 30 days of joining, you will earn another $100 as their sponsor.
2. Active Customer Commissions
As you enroll new customers, as well as personally sponsor new IRs into your business who are working diligently to duplicate your efforts, you will earn monthly Active Customer Commissions (ACC) on all active customers on your personal level, as well as 6 levels below you. These are monthly commissions for as long as active customers continue to pay their monthly energy bills.
- You will earn $0.25 per customer on your personal level.
- You will earn $0.25 per customer on your 1st level.
- You will earn $0.37 per customer on your 2nd level.
- You will earn $0.38 per customer on your 3rd level.
- You will earn $0.50 per customer on your 4th level.
- You will earn $1.00 per customer on your 5th level.
- You will earn $1.50 per customer on your 6th level.
Below, you will find a breakdown detailing your earning potential from this element of the Ampegy Compensation Plan in comparison to the number of IRs and customers in your organization.
This breakdown is assuming that you have enrolled 20 customers, and every IR in your organization personally sponsors 3 qualified IRs, as well as 10 customers of their own
- On your personal level, if you have enrolled 20 customers, your monthly ACC bonus will be $5.00.
- On your 1st level, if you have 3 qualified IRs, with a total of 30 customers, your monthly ACC bonus will be $7.50.
- On your 2nd level, if you have 9 qualified IRs, with a total of 90 customers, your monthly ACC bonus will be $33.30.
- On your 3rd level, if you have 27 qualified IRs, with a total of 270 customers, your monthly ACC bonus will be $102.60.
- On your 4th level, if you have 81 qualified IRs, with a total of 810 customers, your monthly ACC bonus will be $405.00.
- On your 5th level, if you have 243 qualified IRs, with a total of 2,430 customers, your monthly ACC bonus will be $2,430.00.
- On your 6th level, if you have 729 qualified IRs, with a total of 7,290 customers, your monthly ACC bonus will be $10,935.00.
If you add this all up, including your personal level, and the 6 levels below you, your organization would consist of 1,092 qualified IRs and 10,940 customers. Your monthly ACC bonus all together will equal $13,918.40.
This is only an example, but should provide you with a pretty good idea of your potential ACC bonus earnings.
3. Business Development Bonus
This bonus within the Ampegy Compensation Plan is paid through unlimited levels in your organization.
Beginning at the rank of MR, the 2nd rank within the Ampegy Compensation Plan, you will begin to qualify for this Business Development Bonus.
This bonus will pay you between $50 and $180, depending on your rank, each time a new IR in your entire organization enrolls three new customers within their first 30 days, and attains the rank of QR.
- At the rank of MR, you will earn $50 each time a new Representative in your organization enrolls 3 new customers in their first 30 days.
- At the rank of AR, you will earn $110 each time a new Representative in your organization enrolls 3 new customers in their first 30 days.
- At the rank of NR, you will earn $180 each time a new Representative in your organization enrolls 3 new customers in their first 30 days.
4. Customer Development Bonus
Just like the Business Development Bonus, this bonus is also paid through unlimited levels in your organization.
Again, beginning at the rank of MR, the second rank within the Ampegy Compensation Plan, you will earn an additional monthly bonus for every active customer in your organization.
- At the rank of MR, you will earn $.50 per customer.
- At the rank of AR, you will earn $1.00 per customer.
- At the rank of NR, you will earn $1.50 per customer.
5. Check Match Bonus
The Check Match Bonus will pay you a 25% match of the Business Development Bonuses earned by the first 3 Qualified Representatives that you personally sponsor.
Remember, this only includes your first three Representatives, so make those first three count!
Ampegy Compensation Plan Conclusion
Although I have seen much better compensation plans, the Ampegy Compensation Plan has potential to become lucrative, but it will require your ability to build a large and profitable organization, consisting of hundreds of downline Representatives, and thousands of customers.
