Welcome to my review of the Evolv Health Compensation Plan!
How exactly does the Evolv Health Compensation Plan work? Will the Evolv Health Compensation Plan optimize your earning potential as an Evolv Independent Distributor while you are promoting their products, and recruiting other Evolv Health Distributors to do the same?
In this Evolv Health Compensation Plan review, I will be providing the details of each income stream that Evolv provides to their Distributors, as well as many of the qualifications that Evolv requires to participate. Lets take a closer look in my review of the Evolv Health Compensation Plan!
Binary Compensation Plan Model
Like most other MLM pay plans, The Evolv Health Compensation Plan is based upon a Binary Tree Structure. Meaning, as you enroll new Distributors, you will be building two sales teams. A binary left leg, and the binary right leg. Your commissions and bonuses will be calculated based upon the production of your least performing leg.
For example, if your right leg generates $2,000 in sales, and your left leg generates only $1,000 in sales, you will be compensated based upon the sales in your left leg, the lesser performing leg.
Organizational Ranking System
Before I go into detail regarding the various income streams that Evolv Health provides to their Distributors, I would first like to list the various Leadership Positions within the Evolv Health Compensation Plan. This will help the rest of this Review to make more sense. From lowest to highest, their ranking system includes:
- Promoter
- Promoter 1
- Promoter 2
- Evolv Star
- Evolv 500
- Evolv 2K
- Evolv 5K
- Evolv 10K
- Elite Star
- Ruby
- Emerald
- Diamond
- Blue Diamond
- Ambassador Star
- Ambassador
- Visionary Ambassador
- H.O.P.E. Ambassador
As you progress through these ranks within the Evolv Health Compensation Plan, this will increase your ability to earn larger commissions and bonuses on more and more Distributors in your Downline.
8 ways to earn in their pay plan…
The Evolv Health Compensation Plan provides 8 ways for Distributors to earn as they are building their Evolv Home Business. These include:
1. Retail Commission
As you sell products to your customers, you will receive a percentage of earnings based upon the sales volumes that you accumulate in a 4 week period. It is important to note that your commissions will be calculated based upon the wholesale price of products sold, and not the retail price.
- For sales volumes of $0 to $1,000, you will earn 5%.
- For sales volumes of $1,001 to $2,000, you will earn 10%.
- For sales volumes of $2,001 and greater, you will earn 15%.
2. One, Two, Free
To earn the maximum commissions and to qualify for all 8 elements of the Evolv Health Compensation Plan, one requirement that must be met is to be enrolled into their monthly Autoship program. This program will automatically ship products to your home, and bill your credit card accordingly.
Through this bonus, Evolv Health will provide you with the opportunity to earn a discount on your monthly Autoship order, or even receive your products for free.
When you enroll 3 customers or Preferred Customers into their Autoship program, and if it is equal to or greater than your own, you will receive a discount on your personal Autoship order. Your discount will be equal to the average price of those 3 customer’s orders. If this average is equal to or greater than your own, you will receive your monthly products for free. This does not include taxes and shipping charges, as these will still be your responsibility.
This bonus maxes out at $300. If you have an Autoship above and beyond this amount, the difference will not be covered.
Qualifications:
You must have an Autoship to qualify for this bonus.
These products must be sold through your replicated website. Products sold outside of your website are not included.
3. Fast Start Bonus
As you enroll new Distributors into your Evolv Health Organization, you will earn 10% to 15% on all purchases that your new members place in their first 4 commission weeks.
To earn the maximum Fast Start Bonus of 15%, you must do one of three things.
- Personally purchase products that generate more than 160 Product Volume (PV) in a four week period.
- Reach the rank of Evolv 500 within your first 7 days of becoming a Evolv Distributor.
- Subscribe to their Premier eCenter. This includes a monthly cost of $19.95 per month.
4. Pay Team Commission
Going back to the Binary Tree Structure, where your commissions are calculated based upon the production in your lesser performing leg, Pay Team Commissions will pay you an additional 10% based upon the sales that are generated in that leg.
Qualifications:
Must Enroll two qualified Distributors, and place one in your right leg, and the other in your left leg.
Must have a qualifying order of at least 80 PV in a four week period to participate.
Your lesser performing leg must generate at least 300 PTV.
5. Evolv Driven
Once you acheive the rank of Emerald and above within the Evolv Health Compensation Plan, you will be qualified to earn additional compensation to put towards your existing car, or to purchase a new Benz or Bentley.
- At the rank of Emerald and above, you will earn $400 per month towards your current vehicle, or $600 per month towards a new Benz or Bentley.
- At the rank of Blue Diamond and above, you will earn $800 per month towards your current vehicle, or $1,200 towards a new Benz or Bentley.
- At the rank of Visionary Ambassador and above, you will earn $3,000 per month towards a new Benz or Bentley.
Qualifications:
You must qualify to be paid at your Qualified Rank in one of four commission weeks in each four week period to be eligible for this Car Bonus.
6. Matching Bonus
The Matching Bonus will pay you a percentage of Pay Team Commissions that are earned by your personally sponsored Evolv Distributors and their teams.
As you progress through the Leadership Positions within the Evolv Health Compensation Plan, you will earn larger percentages on more generations in your business.
Qualifications:
You must obtain the rank of Evolv 2K or higher to participate, and must have a qualifying order of at least 80 PV in a four week period. Once you achieve the rank of Evolv 10K, your qualifying order must be 160 PV.
The Matching Bonus is based upon the first $5,000 of Pay Team Commissions that are earned by Downline Distributors.
7. Rank Advancement Bonus
Once you achieve the rank of Emerald and above within the Evolv Health Compensation Plan, you will earn one time bonuses each time you are promoted to the next Leadership Position.
- New Emeralds receive $1,000, paid in a weekly increment of $1,000.
- New Diamonds receive $3,000, paid in a weekly increment of $1,000.
- New Blue Diamonds receive $5,000, paid in a weekly increment of $1,000.
- New Ambassadors receive $10,000, paid in a weekly increment of $1,000.
- New Visionary Ambassadors receive $15,000, paid in a weekly increment of $2,000.
- New H.O.P.E. Ambassadors receive $30,000, paid in a weekly increment of $2,000.
Qualifications:
As you can see, these bonuses are paid in weekly increments, not in upfront lump sums.
You must maintain your active status, and if your ‘paid as rank’ falls below Ruby, any remaining unpaid increments will be forfeited.
You must enroll a qualified Distributor in both your left leg, and your right leg to receive this bonus.
If you happen to skip a rank during one commission week, you will not be paid this bonus for the rank that was skipped.
8. Leader Pools
The Evolv Health Compensation Plan offers two Leader Pools, which provides Distributors at the rank of Ruby and above with the ability to share in the overall Commissionable Volume that is generated throughout the company. Depending on your rank, the amount that you will receive will be dependent upon how many shares you are qualified to earn.
Elite Leader Pool:
2% of Evolv Health’s Commissionable Volume is reserved into this pool to be paid out to Rubies and above.
- Rubies earn 1 share
- Emeralds earn 2 shares
- Diamonds earn 3 shares
- Blue Diamonds earn 4 shares
The value of each share is calculated by dividing 2% of the company’s Commissionable Volume for that commission period by the total number of shares that are earned by all qualified Distributors.
Ambassador Leader Pool:
1% of Evolv Health’s Commissionable Volume is reserved into this pool to be paid out to Ambassadors and above within the Evolv Health Compensation Plan.
- Ambassadors earn 1 share
- Visionary Ambassadors earn 2 shares
- H.O.P.E. Ambassadors earn 3 shares
The value of each share is calculated by dividing 1% of the company’s Commissionable Volume for that commission period by the total number of shares that are earned by all qualified Distributors.
Evolv Health Compensation Plan Conclusion
In my opinion, the Evolv Health Compensation Plan is a fair plan that has the potential to become very lucrative in time as you build a large and profitable Evolv Organization.
As you achieve the qualifying milestones in your Evolv Business that will enable you to progress higher through their Leadership Positions, you will have the opportunity to build a very substantial passive income as you begin to earn larger percentages on more generations of Distributors in your organization.
The Evolv Health Compensation Plan encourages team building, mentoring, and your leadership ability to train and build a large organization of Evolv Distributors who are working diligently to duplicate your efforts in their individual businesses.
As more Distributors in your downline achieve success, this will greatly increase your earnings in the Evolv Health Compensation Plan.
