Initial Outfitters Review – Scam Or Legitimate MLM Business?

Welcome to my Initial Outfitters Review!

Initial Outfitters is a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company that is giving women everywhere the opportunity to “party for a living.”

However, the question that I will be answering in this Initial Outfitters Review is this:  Does Initial Outfitters offer a legitimate and promising Home Based Business opportunity, or is this just a scam or pyramid scheme?

In this Initial Outfitters Review, I will be reviewing their company, products, and the activities that are required to build an Initial Outfitters Business.  This is my unbiased Initial Outfitters Review.

Company Details & History

Launched in 2006, Initial Outfitters is the result of many years of dreaming and planning by Alicia and Jim Storbeck.

Alicia and Jim both knew that there had to be something more in life then dealing with the fear of layoffs, fighting glass ceilings, and the politics involved in Corporate America.  They partnered with Co-Founder Beth Reeves, and Initial Outfitters was born with the dedication of helping women to succeed.

Product Line

The Initial Outfitters product line includes products related to:

• Jewelry
• Soap
• Embroidered Towels
• Embroidered Handbags
• Home Decor Items

Many of the items that you can find in the Initial Outfitters Catalog can be personalized in a unique way to make it truly yours.  Whether you are shopping for a newborn, or for someone who already has everything, you can find that special something at Initial Outfitters.

MLM Business – How their opportunity works

Products are sold exclusively through Initial Outfitters Independent Consultants primarily in a home party setting.  Consultants earn as much as $30 to $50 per hour, starting with their very first home party.  As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

• Earn 30% on every product that you sell.
• Build a sales team of Consultants, and earn from their production.
• Earn additional cash bonuses as you are promoted to higher Leadership Positions within the Initial Outfitters Compensation Plan.
• Earn recognition, vacations, prizes, awards, and free jewelry as you reach qualifying milestones in your business.

As Consultants are building their business, their mission is to schedule parties in the homes of their loved ones.

Hostess Rewards Program

Initial Outfitters offers a Hostess Rewards program, which will reward your hostesses with free merchandise and substantial product discounts dependent upon the sales that you generate in their home.

You will offer this incentive as you are scheduling these parties in the homes of your friends and relatives.

Through these home parties, guests will try on jewelry that you have on display, shop for birthday or graduation gifts, and browse through the Initial Outfitters Catalog for additional ideas.  There are no formal presentations, and you will have an opportunity to make money while you are snacking, laughing, and having a great time with your loved ones.

Initial Outfitters Review Conclusion

In my opinion, Initial Outfitters is a legitimate business.  They are not a scam.  They offer products that will appeal to many women in a fun and uplifting party atmosphere.

Food for thought…

With that being said, I can tell you that building a business through the methods of home parties will never be as easy of some may try to make you believe.

While there have been many who have built successful businesses using these methods, the majority of those who attempt these methods only will fail, especially when they are limited to prospecting among friends, relatives, acquaintances, etc.

Building a successful MLM business of this nature requires a steady and unlimited supply of leads, and this can be very difficult to sustain when you are limited to these sort of “warm marketing” methods.

With that being said, if you are outgoing, have a large warm market, and are willing to devote the time and effort that a business of this nature will surely require, I believe that Initial Outfitters offers a solid business opportunity with great products to build a business around.
