LifeVantage Compensation Plan For Distributors
Welcome to my review of the LifeVantage Compensation Plan!
How exactly does the LifeVantage Compensation Plan work.
Does the LifeVantage Compensation Plan provide you with the earning potential that you need in comparison to the time and effort that will be required to build a LifeVantage Business?
How are LifeVantage Distributors compensated for selling products, and recruiting new Distributors to do the same? I intend to answer these questions in my LifeVantage Compensation Plan Review.
Organizational Ranking System
Before we dive into the various ways Distributors are compensated, I would first like to list the Leadership Positions within the LifeVantage Compensation Plan. As I continue on in this review, this will help everything to make more sense. From lowest to highest, these Leadership Positions include:
- Distributor
- Pro 1
- Pro 2
- Pro 3
- Pro 4
- Pro 5
- Pro 6
- Pro 7
- Pro 8
- Pro 9
- Pro 10
6 ways to earn in their pay plan…
The LifeVantage Compensation Plan provides 6 ways for Distributors to generate an income as they are selling products, and recruiting new Distributors into their organization.
It is important to note that your qualification to participate in all 6 of these income streams is dependent upon your purchase of a Vantage Pack for $600. If you purchased their minimum Starter Kit for $50, your earning potential is going to be limited.
Also, you will also need to enroll into their monthly Autoship with 200 PV per month to qualify for the full commissions and bonuses that the LifeVantage Compensation Plan provides.
With that being said, these 6 income streams include:
1. Infinite Fast Start Bonus
If you have purchased a Vantage Pack, you will be qualified to earn override commissions on all qualified Vantage Pack purchases in your organization. The amount that you will receive will be dependent upon how many Distributors you have personally sponsored who have also purchased a Vantage Pack.
For your first three Distributors who purchase a Vantage Pack, you will earn $50 for each.
For all other Distributors who you enroll after your first three, you will earn $100.
You will also earn $35 and $50 bonuses infinitely deep on all qualified Vantage Pack purchases from Distributors in your entire organization.
2. Fast Start Bonus
As you enroll new Distributors, you will earn up to 40% of their initial product purchase.
If your Personal Volume (PV) is less than 200 PV, you will earn 30% of their initial purchase.
If you have purchased a Vantage Pack, and have a minimum of 200 PV on Autoship, you will earn 40% of their initial purchase.
3. Fast Start Bonus Pool
The LifeVantage Compensation Plan reserves 5% of all Fast Start Commissionable Sales Volumes into this pool. For every 5 Distributors that you personally enroll in one month who have a minimum of 100 PV, you will earn a share in this pool.
4. Royalty Commission
Depending upon your rank within the LifeVantage Compensation Plan, you will earn additional compensation based upon the sales that are generated in your entire organization, going down as far as 9 generations in your business.
- At the rank of Distributor, you will earn from 2 Generations.
- At the rank of Pro 1, you will earn from 3 Generations.
- At the rank of Pro 2, you will earn from 4 Generations.
- At the rank of Pro 3, you will earn from 5 Generations.
- At the rank of Pro 4, you will earn from 6 Generations.
- At the rank of Pro 5, you will earn from 7 Generations.
- At the rank of Pro 6, you will earn from 8 Generations.
- At the rank of Pro 7 – Pro 10, you will earn from 9 Generations.
5. Generational Matching Bonus
If you recruit 1 new Distributor EVERY month who enrolls with 100 PV, you will qualify for a match of the Unilevel Checks that are earned by your personally sponsored Distributors, and their personally sponsored Distributors, going down 5 Generations.
- You will earn 10% on your 1st Generation.
- For Generations 2, 3, 4, and 5, you will earn 5%.
However, you must maintain a monthly Autoship of 200 PV to qualify for the full generational match. If your Autoship is below 200 PV, you will earn half of this matching bonus.
6. Elite Bonus Pool
LifeVantage reserves 4% of all Commissionable Sales Volumes to be shared among Distributors at the rank of Pro 7 through Pro 10.
LifeVantage Compensation Plan Conclusion
In my opinion, the LifeVantage Compensation Plan is very fair, and will become quite lucrative for those who successfully build and train a large organization of LifeVantage Distributors.
This is a pay plan that rewards and encourages Team Building, and your ability to mentor and support your downline members to achieve success in their individual LifeVantage Businesses.
Work diligently to increase your personal sales volumes, train your downline Distributors to do the same, and the LifeVantage Compensation Plan will reward you accordingly.
