Vollara Compensation Plan For Distributors
Welcome to my review of the Vollara Compensation Plan!
How does the Vollara Compensation Plan really work? Does the Vollara Compensation Plan reward Vollara Distributors fairly for selling their products and sponsoring new Distributors to do the same? In my Vollara Compensation Plan review, I will be providing the exact details regarding the various ways that Distributors generate an income as they build their Vollara organization. Lets take a closer look in my review of the Vollara Compensation Plan!
Binary Compensation Plan Model
Like many other Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) pay plans, the Vollara Compensation Plan utilizes a Binary Tree Structure to compensate their Distributors. Simply put, as you enroll Distributors into your Vollara Business, you will be building two sales teams. A binary right leg, and a binary left leg.
As you sponsor others into your business, you will strategically place them into either one of these two legs, and your earnings within the Vollara Compensation Plan will be calculated based upon the production of your lesser performing binary leg.
For example, if your right leg generates $5,000 in sales in a four week period, but your left leg only generates $3,000, your commissions and bonuses will be calculated based upon your left leg only, your lesser performing leg.
Organizational Ranking System
As Distributors achieve qualifying milestones in their business, they will begin to progress through the many Leadership positions within the Vollara Compensation Plan. As you progress through these ranks, your earning potential will dramatically increase, as you will qualify for larger percentages of earnings on more and more Distributors in your organization. These Leadership Positions include:
- Level 1 Distributor
- Level 2 Team Leader
- Level 3 Team Leader 500
- Level 4 Team Leader 1000
- Level 5 Silver
- Level 6 Gold
- Level 7 Platinum
- Level 8 Emerald
- Level 9 Ruby
- Level 10 Diamond
- Level 11 Double Diamond
- Level 12 Royal Blue Diamond
- Level 13 Royal Blue Double Diamond
- Level 14 Royal Blue Triple Diamond
- Level 15 Royal White Diamond
- Level 16 Royal White Double Diamond
- Level 17 Royal White Triple Diamond
- Level 18 Royal Black Diamond
- Level 19 Royal Black Double Diamond
- Level 20 Royal Black Triple Diamond
Before we jump into the various ways that Distributors are compensated within the Vollara Compensation Plan, it is important to note that in many cases, you will need to be both Qualified and Active to qualify for the commissions and bonuses that Vollara provides:
- Qualified is defined as having a minimum of 1 personally sponsored Distributor who is active with 100 PV in each of your left and right legs. 2 Distributors total.
- Active is defined as having a minimum of 100 Personal Volume (PV) every 4 weeks.
This can be achieved through their Monthly Autoship program, which will be highly encouraged by Vollara upon enrollment.
9 ways to earn in their pay plan…
The Vollara Compensation Plan features 9 ways that Distributors are compensated as they are building their organizations. These include:
1. Retail Sales Profit
As a Vollara Distributor, you will purchase products at the wholesale price, and sell them to your customers at the retail price, either in person or through your website. The spread between these two prices will be your instant profit.
2. Preferred Customer Sales Profits
Many of your customers may enroll into their monthly Autoship program to receive a discount off of retail prices. Through this Autoship program, your Preferred Customers will automatically have products shipped to their home every month, and the credit card that is on file will be billed accordingly.
For these Preferred Customers, you will earn the difference between the wholesale price and their discounted price.
3. Preferred Customer Bonuses
Once you have enrolled 5 Preferred Customers, you will qualify for the Preferred Customer Bonuses. All sales volumes that are generated from the purchases of your Preferred Customers will be added to your Personal Volume (PV). All Personal Volume that is above 200 PV will be placed in your lesser performing binary leg, and you will earn a bonus of 10% on that volume.
4. Fast Start Bonus
As you enroll new Distributors into your business, you will qualify to earn a Fast Start Bonus that is calculated based upon their first order, and also their first Autoship Order. However, the percentage that you receive will be dependent upon your PV.
- If you are active with 100 PV, you will earn 10% of both their first order, and their first Autoship order.
- If you are active with 200 PV, you will earn 20% of both their first order, and their first Autoship order.
5. Team Leader Promotion Bonus
You will earn a $20 bonus each and every time a personally sponsored Distributor is promoted to a Team Leader Level within the Vollara Compensation Plan. However, you must be active and qualified with 100 PV to participate.
6. Team Bonuses
Going back to the Binary Tree Structure, where you are compensated based upon the performance of your lesser performing leg, you will earn 10% of the Group Volume (GV) that is generated from the sales in your lesser leg.
To qualify, you must be Active with a minimum of 500 GV in both your right leg and your left leg.
Group Volume (GV) is defined as the total PV of all Distributors in each of those legs.
7. Executive Level Matching Bonus
Once you achieve the rank of Level 5 Silver and above within the Vollara Compensation Plan, and are Active with 200 PV, you will qualify to earn a matching bonus of up to the first $2,500 of Team Bonuses that are earned by Distributors in your organization.
This bonus cannot exceed the volume in your lesser performing leg, and all bonuses may not exceed 50% of your Commissionable Volume in any given week.
8. Leadership Bonus Pool
The Vollara Compensation Plan reserves 2% of total Company Group Volume to be shared among Distributors who have attained the rank of Level 8 Emerald and above. As you achieve higher ranks, you will qualify for a greater portion of this pool.
9. Multiple Business Centers
Once you achieve the rank of Level 12 Royal Blue Diamond and above within the Vollara Compensation Plan, you will have the opportunity to add a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Business Center, providing you with the potential to earn up to an additional $30,000 per week in Team Bonuses.
Vollara Compensation Plan Conclusion
In my opinion, the Vollara Compensation Plan will reward Distributors fairly for their efforts, and will become extremely lucrative for those who successfully attain the top Leadership Positions within their pay plan.
Your success and earning potential within the Vollara Compensation Plan will be dependent upon your ability to train and build a large organization of Vollara Distributors who are working diligently to duplicate your efforts. Do this, and the Vollara Compensation Plan will provide great potential.
