WorldVentures Compensation Plan For Representatives
Welcome to my review of the WorldVentures Compensation Plan!
The WorldVentures Compensation Plan is based upon a Binary Tree Structure, meaning that as you enroll new Representatives, you will be building two sales teams. A team on your right, and a team on your left.
When a Binary Tree pay plan is utilized, downline Representatives have the added benefit of occasionally receiving what is commonly referred to as ‘spillover’ from upline Sponsors. This occurs when upline Representatives place new recruits in either your right or left leg of your personal binary tree. You will benefit from the sales of those recruits.
Organizational Ranking System
As Representatives achieve qualifying milestones in their business, they will begin to progress through the various Leadership Positions within the WorldVentures Compensation Plan. These include:
- Enrolled Representative (ER)
- Active Representative (AR)
- Qualified Representative (Q)
- Senior Representative (SR)
- Director (DIR)
- Marketing Director (MD)
- Regional Marketing Director (RMD)
- National Marketing Director (NMD)
- International Marketing Director (IMD)
To qualify for many of the commissions and bonuses within the WorldVentures Compensation Plan, Representatives are required to become and remain Active.
To become and remain Active, you must pay your monthy RBS fee of $10.99. In addition to that, you must do one of the following two things:
- 1. Generate one sale of their Membership packages per month.
- 2. Personally purchase one of their Membership Packages.
10 ways to earn in their pay plan…
The WorldVentures Compensation Plan features several ways that Representatives can generate earnings as they achieve sales, and build an organization of Representatives who are doing the same. These include:
1. Direct Commissions
- You will earn $20 for every DreamTrips Membership or DreamTrips Life Membership that you sell, either to a Retail Customer or to a Representative in your downline.
- You will earn $150 for every Luxury DreamTrips Membership that you sell.
Qualifications:
- To receive Direct Commissions, you are not required to be Active. However, your Representative Agreement must be in effect.
2. Weekly Team Bonuses
Weekly Team Bonuses are paid on all travel memberships sold throughout your entire organization, and are dependent upon the initial product purchase of each customer.
- Every DreamTrips Membership and DreamTrips Life Membership sold will equal 1 Sales Credit.
- Every Luxury DreamTrips Membership sold will equal 3 Sales Credits.
Each time that you accumulate 3 Sales Credits in your right leg, as well as a matching 3 in your left leg, you will earn a Cycle.
For every Cycle that you earn, you will receive $100.
Qualifications:
- You must be Active.
- You must achieve the rank of Qualified Representative.
3. Double Cycle Bonuses
During your first 8 weeks as a WorldVentures Representative, each time that you generate a Cycle, your earnings will be doubled from $100 to $200.
Remember, this is only for the first 8 weeks.
Qualifications:
- You must be Active.
- You must achieve the rank of Qualified Representative.
4. Monthly Residual Commissions
These commissions within the WorldVentures Compensation Plan are based upon the monthly payments that customers pay for their Membership packages.
Monthly fees collected from DreamTrips Membership packages equal 1 Sales Credit.
Monthly fees collected from DreamTrips Life Membership packages equal 2 Sales Credits.
Monthly fees collected from Luxury DreamTrips Membership packages equal 3 Sales Credits.
Again, each time that you accumulate 3 Sales Credits in your right leg, and another 3 in your left leg, you will earn a Cycle.
- Each time that you earn a Cycle, you will earn $10.
- Once you achieve the rank of Director, each Cycle will pay $20.
Qualifications:
- You must be Active.
- You must achieve the rank of Senior Representative or higher.
5. Personal Sales Bonuses
Each time that you acquire 6 new customers within a rolling 4 week period, (including Representatives who are also customers) you will earn $250.
This only applies to customers who purchase the $199 membership packages. Luxury DreamTrips Memberships are excluded in the WorldVentures Compensation Plan.
Qualifications:
- You must be Active.
6. TrainingDollars
Each time you acquire 6 new customers within a rolling 4 week period, in addition to your $250 bonus, you will also receive 100 TrainingDollars.
TrainingDollars can be redeemed toward the price of:
- WorldVentures Acceleration Workshop
- Millionaire Boot Camp
- Regional Training Event
Qualifications:
- You are not required to be Active.
7. TravelDollars
For every 6th weekly Cycle that you earn, you will receive 100 TravelDollars.
TravelDollars can only be redeemed through WorldVentures, and are designed to cover the costs of personal travel accommodations.
Qualifications:
- You must be Active.
- You must achieve the rank of Qualified Representative or higher.
8. Director Bonus
If a new Representative achieves the rank of Director within their first 12 weeks, they will earn a $5,000 bonus.
Qualifications:
- You must be Active.
9. DreamCar Bonus
Once you achieve the rank of Regional Marketing Director within the WorldVentures Compensation Plan, you will earn up to $1,000 as a monthly DreamCar Bonus.
When you achieve the rank of International Marketing Director within the WorldVentures Compensation Plan, you will earn up to $1,500 per month.
Qualifications:
- You must be Active.
10. DreamHome Bonus
Once you achieve the rank of International Marketing Director within the WorldVentures Compensation Plan, you will earn up to $3,000 as a monthly DreamHome Bonus.
Qualifications:
- You must be Active.
WorldVentures Compensation Plan Conclusion
In my opinion, the WorldVentures Compensation Plan offers many rewards, and will become lucrative for those who progress through their Leadership Positions, which will enable them to qualify for greater bonus opportunities on more Representatives in their organization.
However, I have read quite a few WorldVentures Complaints from current and past Representatives. These complaints are in regards to their Residual Commissions.
From what I have read, the WorldVentures Compensation Plan requires each Representative to enroll 90 customers in their right leg, as well as another 90 in their left leg (180 total) before they are qualified to begin receiving Residual Commission checks.
If this is indeed the case, considering the fact that the average Distributor in this MLM industry only enrolls a total of 2-3 people, there are many WorldVentures Representatives who will never benefit from this much-needed residual income aspect of their WorldVentures Business.
With that being said, if you build a LARGE organization of WorldVentures Representatives, and train and mentor each one to duplicate your efforts, the WorldVentures Compensation Plan will reward you accordingly.

Compensation?????
The WV plan is to make profit BY NOT PAYING THEIR REPS.
They haven’t paid commissions or residuals to reps since September of 2017 to reps worldwide. In 2017 they LOST 60% of their profits. They didn’t even make the 2018 top 100 of the DSN. The Flye card still doesn’t work after 3 years and hundreds of millions of dollars.
