Before making any kind of business decision, it is imperative to fully understand a company’s compensation plan. In this Yoli Compensation Plan Review, I intend to provide you with the particular details as to how the Yoli Compensation Plan really works. Lets take a closer look.
Compensation Plan Model
The Yoli Compensation Plan is a hybrid plan that combines the positive benefits of two popular pay structures: These are Binary and Unilevel pay plans. These two pay structures are very common in the MLM industry.
A Binary pay structure is designed to maximize synergy and team work, while the Unilevel pay structure maximizes your earning potential. In the hybrid compensation plan that Yoli has employed, they have included all of the positive benefits of both plans, leaving out all of the negatives.
9 ways to earn in their pay plan…
As you are building your Yoli Business, increasing your personal production, and recruiting new Yoli Distributors to join your team, you will enjoy 9 income streams within the Yoli Compensation Plan. These include:
1. Retail Commissions
You will earn the difference between the retail price and the wholesale price for every product that you sell.
2. Fast Start Bonus
This bonus will be dependent upon the Monthly Autoship package that you enrolled into when you first became a Yoli Distributor. Enrolling into their Autoship program will automatically bill and ship products to your front door on a monthly basis. Yoli offers three to choose from:
- Basic Package for $59 per month
- Biz Package for $119 per month
- Pro Package for $239 per month
The higher the package that you choose, the more you will be qualified to earn in the Yoli Compensation Plan. This bonus will pay you a percentage of the initial order that your new Distributors place within their first 30 days.
- If you have signed up for the Basic Package, you will earn 5% of their initial order.
- If you have signed up for the Biz Package, you will earn 10% of their initial order.
- If you have signed up for the Pro Package, you will earn 20% of their initial order.
3. Break Even Bonus (BEB)
The BEB is designed to help you to break even on your monthly Autoship requirement when you recruit your first 2 to 6 Distributors at your current Autoship level or higher.
Every Yoli product, including their Autoship packages are assigned a Commissionable Volume (CV). You will notice in the illustrations below that Yoli rounds up when they are calculating the spread. The spread equals the difference between the price and the assigned CV value.
- The $59 Basic Package equals 50CV. ($10 spread)
- The $119 Biz Package equals 100CV. ($20 spread)
- The $239 Pro Package equals 200CV. ($40 spread)
You will earn the difference between the Autoship dollar amount, and the assigned package CV.
For example, if you purchased the Basic Package, and you enroll 3 new Distributors at the Pro Package Level, your bonus will equal $120. This includes that $40 spread times 3 Distributors. Your monthly Autoship commitment is now paid for with $61 left over. With the $61 that is left over, you will be able to upgrade your current Autoship commitment to the $119 Biz Package, now paid for.
Like I mentioned earlier, this bonus is designed to help you to break even on your Monthly Autoship Package, and will allow you to upgrade to a higher package for free as you enroll new Yoli Distributors who commit to one of their three Monthly Autoship Packages.
4. Binary Tree Commission
This is where the Yoli Compensation Plan begins to utilize the Binary pay structure that we mentioned earlier. As you enroll new Distributors into your business, you will place them in either your right or left leg. Your commissions will be based upon your lesser performing leg. You will receive 10% of the lesser performing leg’s Group Volume (GV).
5. Unilevel Executive Matching Bonus
This is where the Yoli Compensation Plan begins to utilize the Unilevel pay structure. As you enroll new Distributors, you will place them on your first level. When your Distributors enroll their own Distributors, they will place them on their first level, and so on down the line. The Unilevel Executive Matching Bonus will give you a percentage of the checks that are earned by all Distributors in your organization.
To be qualified to earn this bonus, you must achieve the rank of 5 Star Gold within the Yoli Compensation Plan. To do this, both of your two legs in your binary structure must maintain 2000 in GV. There also must be one person who has achieved the rank of 5 Star, one rank below 5 Star Gold.
6. Global Bonus Pool
Top leaders within the Yoli Compensation Plan will earn a portion of the company’s gross sales.
7. Elite Leadership Bonus Pool
This bonus is again reserved for top leaders within the Yoli Compensation Plan.
8. Multiple Business Centers
Going back to the Binary Team Commissions, once you max out your current business center for 4 consecutive weeks, you will be rewarded with an additional business center.
9. Annual Cruise Bonus & Travel Incentives
Yoli offers an Annual Cruise, and other travel incentives that are designed to motivate Distributors to continue moving towards success.

In my opinion, the Yoli Compensation Plan is very fair, and has the potential to become very lucrative in time as you build a profitable organization.
The Yoli Compensation Plan is designed to motivate and encourage not only customer acquisition, but team building and leadership as you are building your Yoli business.
