In this Zija Compensation Plan Review, I will be providing the particular details as to how Zija Distributors are compensated for their efforts.  Lets begin my Zija Compensation Plan review.

Organizational Ranking System

Zija Products imageAs you increase your personal production, selling Zija products, and recruiting new Distributors, you will progress through the Leadership Positions within the Zija Compensation Plan.  The higher you progress through these leadership positions, the higher your earning potential will become.  These Leadership Positions include:

  • Distributor
  • Builder
  • Builder 500
  • Builder 1000
  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum
  • Emerald
  • Diamond
  • Double Diamond
  • Triple Diamond
  • Diamond Elite

8 ways to earn in their pay plan…

As a Zija Distributor, you will in time participate in 8 income streams from within the Zija Compensation Plan.  These include:

1. Direct Sales

You will earn the difference between the wholesale price and the retail price of every product that you sell.

2. First Order Bonus

As you recruit new Zija Distributors, you will receive 10% to 20% of their initial product purchase, up to $100.

3. Builder Bonus

Zija Compensation Plan Review imageEach time one of your Distributors achieve the rank of Builder, you will receive a $30 Builder Bonus.  You must be active with 150 Personal Volume (PV) to be qualified to receive this bonus.

4. Volume Order Rebate

Each time your PV exceeds 250 in any one period, you will receive a 10% rebate for all PV above and beyond your first 250 PV.  Each time one of your Distributors achieves the same, you will earn this same bonus.

5. Team Commissions

To qualify for Team Commissions, you must first achieve the rank of Builder.  To qualify for the rank of Builder, you must be active with 75 PV, and recruit 2 Distributors.  You will place one Distributor in your right leg, and one in your left leg.  These two Distributors must also be active with 75 PV.  Once this is achieved, you will earn up to 15% in Team Commissions.

6. Leadership Check Match

Once you have achieved a Senior Leadership position, you will earn a Check Match Bonus, based upon the percentage of Team Commissions of every Distributor that you have personally sponsored.  The Senior Leadership level begins with the rank of Emerald.  Once you have achieved the rank of Emerald and above, you will earn this Check Match up to 8 generations down in your business.

7. Diamond Pool

Zija reserves up to 4% of their entire commissionable Group Volume into the Diamond Pool.  Once you achieve the rank of Diamond and above, you will earn additional compensation from this pool.

8. Multiple Business Centers

When you achieve the top ranks within Zija, you will be given the opportunity to profit from multiple business centers.

Zija Compensation Plan Conclusion

In my opinion, the Zija Compensation Plan is very fair, and will become very lucrative in time as you progress through the Leadership Positions within Zija, and steadily grow your organization.

The Zija Compensation Plan is designed to reward not only customer acquisition, but more importantly, team building and leadership.

Grow a large organization of Zija Distributors, teach them to duplicate your efforts, and the Zija Compensation Plan will reward you accordingly.

    Just started Zija myself and I’m loving it. My wife had gestational diabetes but hasn’t had it reoccur after birth. I’ll be interested to see if I can convince her to start taking it!
