Organizational Ranking System
To begin, the XanGo pay plan features several Leadership Positions. As you are building your business and begin to achieve qualifying levels of success, you will progress through the various ranks that XanGo employs. These Leadership Positions include:
- Representative
- Preferred Representative
- 1K
- 5K
- 20K
- Premier
- Premier 100K
- Premier 200K
- Premier 500K
- Quantum Premier
- Premier X1
4 ways to earn in their pay plan…
As a XanGo Distributor is building their business, and begins to progress through these leadership positions, they will benefit from four elements of the XanGo Compensation Plan. Obviously, the higher that you climb through these leadership positions, the more lucrative these income streams will become!
1. Retail Sales:
Distributors will earn the difference between the wholesale and retail price.
2. PowerStart Commissions:
As you enroll new Distributors into your organization, you will earn a PowerStart Commission on products that are purchased within their first 30 days. This commission is paid on all purchases up to an equivalent of 1,000 Product Volume (PV)
3. Unilevel Commissions:
Depending on your Leadership Position within XanGo, you will receive Unilevel Commissions going down as far as 9 generations in your business. The higher you are ranked within the XanGo Compensation Plan, the more generations you will benefit from.
- Representatives are paid on 2 generations.
- Preferred Representatives are paid on 3 generations.
- 1Ks are paid on 4 generations.
- 5Ks are paid on 5 generations.
- 20Ks are paid on 7 generations.
- Premiers and above are paid on 9 generations.
4. Bonus Pools:
XanGo offers two Bonus Pools:
- Global Bonus Pool – XanGo reserves 3% of worldwide commissionable volume to be paid out to qualified Premiers and above.
- 500K Bonus Pool – XanGo reserves 2% of all commissionable volume from PowerStart orders worldwide to be paid out to Premier 500Ks and above.
