Is the Xocai MLM Business opportunity a scam, pyramid scheme, or do they offer a legitimate home business selling nutritional products?
In this Xocai Review, I will be reviewing their company, products, business opportunity, as well as the Xocai Compensation Plan. This is my unbiased Xocai Review.
Company Details & Background
Xocai is a health and wellness direct sales company that is famous for their nutritious chocolate treats, snacks, nutritional beverages, and energy drinks.

The popular products that you can expect to find at Xocai include:

- Nuggets
- Xe Xocai Energy Drink
- Omega Squares
- Protein Bars
- X Power Squares
MLM Business – How their opportunity works
The cost to become a Xocai Distributor and begin your MLM Business will be their Club Membership fee of $39. For this price, you will be provided with your Associate Training Kit, access to the MXI Associate Back-Office for one year, and the ability to purchase Xocai products at wholesale prices.
Their Autoship Requirement
While this is not required, You will be strongly encouraged to sign up for their monthly Autoship program if you wish to qualify for the maximum commission and bonus payouts within the Xocai Compensation Plan. This Autoship program will automatically bill and ship products to your home on a monthly basis.
Compensation Plan – How earnings are earned…
As a fully qualified Xocai Distributor, you will in time participate in 8 elements within the Xocai Compensation Plan. These include:
1. Retail Bonus
As you purchase products, you will receive wholesale pricing. You will then sell these products to your customers at the suggested retail price for an instant profit.
2. Quick Check Bonus
Earn weekly bonuses when you enroll new Distributors who purchase products on Autoship.
3. X Bonus
Earn an additional $75 bonus for every third Distributor that you enroll into your Xocai Business.
4. Auto-Ship Credit Bonus
Earn a 50 PV credit towards your monthly Autoship for every third Distributor that you enroll into your business.
5. Infinity Bonus
Earn an additional bonus as you build two legs in your business. This includes your right and left legs.
6. Executive Generation Bonus
Earn a Check Match of Infinity Bonuses that are earned by Distributors in your downline when you achieve the rank of Executive or higher.
7. Leadership Pools
When you reach the top six ranks within Xocai, you will receive additional compensation from this pool.
8. Expansion Centers
Earn from multiple Expansion Centers when you successfully build a very profitable distributorship in your Xocai business.
Distributor Training & Support
It is important to note that this is a business that trains and encourages traditional methods of network marketing.
You will contact your list of friends, family members, and acquaintances to sell products, and recruit new Distributors into your downline. This will be the basis of your new Distributor training.
Xocai Review Conclusion
In my opinion after conducting this Xocai Review, I believe that Xocai is a very legitimate business. This opportunity is not a scam. Xocai offers very high quality nutritious products that are highly praised by many health conscious consumers. Since Xocai offers consumable products, you will have a tremendous opportunity to build a residual income as you receive repeat orders from a loyal customer base.
Setting realistic expectations…
After conducting your research, if you decide that Xocai is the best business opportunity for you, it is important to begin your business with the proper expectations.
Building a MLM business, especially when your training is limited to warm marketing methods, will take a very considerable amount of time, energy, and patience before you ever experience the results that you are hoping for. Building a Xocai business will never be as easy as others may try to make it appear.
As long as you begin your business with realistic expectations, and put forth the hard work that a business of this nature requires, you can become successful as a Xocai Distributor. I believe that Xocai offers a solid MLM Business opportunity.

A friend insisted I attend a meeting at her home to learn about this healthy chocolate…. that was almost 7 years ago. I’ve been eating Xocai healthy chocolate ever since and enjoying so many health improvements I hardly believe it myself!
Since your review, the company has created a Preferred Customer level for those who want to enjoy the products and not have the business opportunity.
The product line has also expanded to include a high antioxidant protein shake (healthy chocolate of course), and most recently introduced the world’s first NeuroCosmetics Xophoria – an anti-aging skincare system, using the antioxidants from our cold pressed raw cacao.
The only downside to Xocai healthy chocolate that I’ve found, is that it’ll spoil you for any other chocolate!
